General terms and conditions

• If the contribution for your kind of membership is increased in the future, the new amount will count as the amount to be taken off for the annual contribution.
• If you choose to terminate the membership, then you ought to report this by e-mail to the secretary. Here it applies that this request needs to be received before the deadline set by the board. When you haven’t terminated the membership before this day, the contribution for the new season will continue.
• If your bank account number has changed during your membership, then you ought to pass on the change to the treasurer.
• If you won’t be available to play volleyball at Erasmus Volley for a period of at least three months, for example due to an exchange period abroad, then you ought to pass on the start and end date of your absence to the secretary. In that case an arrangement will be made concerning the contribution for the season.
• Next to the contribution, every member is required to possess a sports pass of Erasmus Sport. Without this sports pass, access to the sports facilities will be denied. Potential fines as consequence of a missing sports pass will be recharged at the undersigned.

Visual materials

• The association may publish visual material, such as team photos, photos and videos of competitions and activities, on the website and social media.
