The Technical Committee (TC) is responsible for implementing and further developing the club's technical policies. At the start of the season, they are the ones who organize the Open Practices. During these practices, they talk to all potential new members while also actively scouting. After the Open Practices, they form the teams for the upcoming season.
Each team has a designated contact person within the TC, who they can reach out to with questions, difficult situations, or suggestions. Throughout the year, the TC evaluates the teams' performance together with coaches and players, ensuring that everything continues to run smoothly. An important task, indeed!
